Since recently Subnautica Below Zero came out, I decided to write a blog post about Subnautica. Lets get right into the blog post.
Subnautica is an open-world survival-adventure game taken place on an alien planet, planet 4546B. The game is played in first person point of view. The first early release of the game for Microsoft Windows was released in December 2014, Mac OS X version was released in June 2015, and the Xbox One version was released in May 2016. The full version of the early access didn’t release until January 2018 and it was only for Microsoft Windows, download on Steam, while the rest on the console versions was released on December 14, 2018. And now, the early access of Subnautica: Below Zero was released on January 30.
The player was alone and controlling the spaceship Aurora when a sudden beam strikes the ship into the ocean of the planet 4546B. Luckily you got into an escape pod and left the burning ship. While you were flying around in the escape pod, things started to move around, which caused some malfunctions, and also a board to your face. You wake up to see THE POD IS BURNING WITH FIRE. Quickly pick up the fire extinguisher and put out the fire. Now with the fire gone, the first thing to do is to report bugs and give feedback about the ship. The PDA goes into an emergency mode to give you a tutorial on how ot play the game and survive. Climbing out the pod, the ocean surrounds the pod and the spaceship is burning in the distance. Explore the ocean, fix and build an underwater base, and survive.
The graphics of the game the game is fantastic. The underwater scenery is stunning with all the bright colors. Seeing that there was so much effort put into each part of the game was amazing
