Yay, another old game 🙂
There was another game similar(Simulacra) to this that I might talk about in a future blog.
(Warning, the game contains flashing lights and horror elements that are not suggested for the fainthearted)

Sara is Missing is a horror text adventure all done on Sara’s phone. Although the game is pretty short, the developer manages to include a lot of horror elements into the game. With glitches and scary pictures, videos, messages, the pressure is put onto you to make the right choice. You also get calls from npc’s and that scared me when it came so suddenly. If you plan to play this, it is suggested to use headphones as sound is one of the main horror element.
You, the player, has found a phone who belongs to Sara. After going onto the home screen, you get a message from Iris, with you now know that Sara is missing. With the help of Iris(cough cough Siri spelled backwards cough), you find clues on the phone that leads you to find where Sara is. Every choice that you make in the game all leads up to two different endings, either you save Sara, or her friend. This will be explained once you play the game or watch gameplay of this game.
I really enjoy playing this at night. Although I have seen some gameplays before I tried this game out for myself, it still managed to scare. I’m trying to not spoil much of this game if someone actually reads this wants to play after I somehow convinced them. Although Iris was the one who helped me in parts, there seemed to be something off about it, especially after I said it sounded human. I felt like I did something wrong. Overall, this was a good horror game that I enjoyed playing in a short time. As I have mentioned, the developer managed to fit so much into a short game and I was awestruck.
This blog post was a bit shorter than normal because I forgot to save and lot a lot of progress, and it is a short game that I don’t want to spoil because there are a lot of big and important parts of the story that wouldn’t be interesting if I spoiled it.
